When you call and our schedule is completely booked, we bump our members to the front of the list! You’ll be our next member appt within business hours. We are not a 24/7 service but we can typically get to you the next business day. Monday through Friday 8am-4PM.

Some of our customers just want to prepare financially for a project, they get prices and want to wait. Prices are changing rapidly these days and we typically hold prices for 30 days. As a member we will hold your price for 12 Months or so you have time to properly prepare for your future projects.

Our Extended 2 Year PPW Worry Free Warranty is our offer of reassurance so you don't have to worry about mistakes. As hard as we work on first time fixes, things happen. And we've got you covered. Any work we provided is covered for up to 2 Years, as long as you are still an active member. The only things we don't cover under this warranty are parts or fixtures provided by you the customer. Simpy because quality is not everywhere these days and what we provide for parts and fixtures are the only thing we are willing to stand for.

If we can’t save you the cost of your membership in the 12 months that you are a member, we’ll pay half! The savings are measured by the discounted amounts you receive from services and waived diagnostic fees.

We are in Burlington, CT. We service all surrounding towns and locations within 30 minutes of Burlington. We also service West Hartford, CT. Within that radius we DO NOT service; Hartford, Waterbury or New Britain.

If you wish to cancel after 12 Months At Renewal you owe nothing, we simply remove your benefits from your profile. If you renew and did not wish to, you can receive a refund within 30 days of renewal. If you cancel your membership and forfeit your benefits at any time after a service and before your current member year is up, you must pay back any discounts you received from services within that year. All Benefits are removed as soon as you choose to no longer be an active member.
