Shea Roberson
A little bit about myself, I founded Prestige Plumbing Werks in 2022 with the vision to create something truly GREAT. I wanted any employee who joined the team to feel appreciated and given the opportunity to grow as far as their talent and hard work would take them. I wanted any customer that used Prestige to have a unique experience in terms of quality, professionalism, and timeliness. It has been a dream of mine to own a business for many years. Both my parents are entrepreneurs and I could see the value they brought the community and high esteem they held for themselves and the people they served. It has been such a blessing to see their business evolve and I have created the opportunity to do the same for me and my family.
I grew up locally in New Hartford, Connecticut, graduated college in Winchester Virginia from Shenandoah University where I earned a four year degree in the biological sciences. After graduating, I found myself working construction as I searched for a “career”. I ended up enjoying the physicality of the job and as I learned more about the construction process it became more mentally stimulating than I ever imagined. So I ended up working towards getting a license in a trade. I really felt this calling in my gut, I can’t explain it any better than that. I had a two year career at Van Allen Plumbing and Heating and then a ten year career at C.H. Nickerson and Co. Inc. Both were phenomenal places to work. I am proud to say I worked beside the best plumbers in Connecticut, bar none. I owe almost all of it to the employees and owners of those two companies. THANK YOU! If you’re reading this.
As the years went by the burning desire to try and strike out on my own never left and slowly I crafted the first of many business plans to become a plumbing business owner. As I read my completed first draft, I believed in it down to my core. Even though many people thought I was crazy and said it would never work. Now two years later, I am so glad I took the risk. The people I have met, the experiences I have had I wouldn’t trade these past two years for any other career opportunity. I am so excited for the business to evolve, serve more wonderful people and employ the best plumbers the world has ever seen! We are just getting started. Thanks for all the support. Lauren Howard
My name is Lauren Howard. I am a Licensed Plumbing Tech and I have 15 years of experience in the plumbing field and really enjoy learning more about my profession each day. I started in the trade as a child pulling an oil hose for my grandfather's business. Over the years I have done residential housing, commercial manufacturing buildings, and industrial sewage and water treatment facilities. Now my love for plumbing has brought me to the Residential service field and I couldn't be happier! I live in Terryville Connecticut with my wife and 2 dogs (Harvey & Brewski) who I love very much. Can't forget the flock of chickens we get fresh eggs from daily as well! My favorite hobbies are playing the guitar and playing golf with friends. I enjoy my job because I get to solve problems for people who can't. I'm excited to serve our community with their plumbing problems. I hope to work with you soon!
Frank Karichko
Hey guys, Frank the tank here! Once you get to work with me, you’ll realize that with my 15 years of residential and industrial plumbing experience, there’s no task that I cannot spearhead. I pride myself on addressing the issue and rectifying it seamlessly with confidence. A little bit about me: I married my high school sweetheart and we have two beautiful children. Hazel is five years old and Frank the tank Jr is three. I have a southern pup named Winnie, who is also three and I couldn’t love the four of them more!!!!! The joys of my life are my family and being outdoors, whatever the reason is! I look forward for you to join our Prestige family and will see you soon!!
Ashley Morse
Hello, My name is Ashley Morse and I work as the administrative assistant at Prestige Plumbing Werks. I have 14 years of experience in the customer service and administration field. I enjoy spending time with my son, partner and our two cats. I have a baking business on the side that I love so much and when I have free time you can catch me reading a book. I enjoy working with customers and doing my part to make them happy! You’ll hear from me whenever you call in to the office, talk to you soon!
