Tyler is an exceptional plumber. He came out for a backflow issue in our cleanout pipe. He sat down with us, was very upfront with pricing, and walked us through every step of the way. He was very honest and direct with a great flair of humor. First time calling Prestige; I've been having issues with a recurring slow-draining kitchen sink. Booking the appointment was fast and easy, and they came out the following day. My garage ceiling was leaking, so my plumber Anthony had to cut the ceiling. The assessment was quick, and he immediately said the leak was coming from the toilet. He was hoping only the seal was bad, but it turned out to be the whole flange. It was definitely costly, but it's been 5 days since he came, and I have not seen any more leaking. Despite the price, I would use them again because they seem very knowledgeable about different plumbing issues.
