Shea went above and beyond by calling two vendors directly and getting items replaced at no charge—they were items we had installed many years before we worked with Prestige Plumbing Werks and the products were under lifetime warranty, for which we were unaware. I just mentioned as an aside the two issues we had with a Moen bathroom faucet and a Kohler kitchen faucet, and Shea told us the parts could be replaced and would be covered under warranty.
