Shea brought a background in biological sciences and a decade of industrial plumbing experience to the company's founding. Lauren grew up in the trade, starting as a child helping his grandfather in his oil business before spending years mastering complex mechanical systems. Together, they have assembled a team of technicians with deep roots in Burlington, Bristol, Farmington, Harwinton, and the surrounding towns.
The field team includes Joe Fetko, a Bristol Technical High School graduate with a reputation for solving the problems others cannot; Anthony Munchgesang, a Lewis Mills and Porter and Chester grad who brings precision and discipline to every call; and Tyler Jandreau, a Bristol Eastern graduate with a customer-first approach to every job. Behind the scenes, Ashley Morse manages scheduling and operations with 14 years of administrative experience, and George Blanchard documents the team's work in video to give customers a transparent view of exactly what goes into every service call.
