We had an excellent experience with Zak from Prestige Plumbing Werks from start to finish. The work was done professionally and efficiently with honest and fair pricing.
What truly set him apart, though, was his kindness. While he was here, he noticed our elderly dog struggling in the snow and didn’t hesitate to carry him back inside for us. That level of care and compassion is something you just don’t see every day.

After calling many plumbers and no one getting back to me, Prestige Plumbing came through and answered on my first attempt. The office staff was super nice and knowledgeable and quickly set me up with an appointment for someone to come out and get me a price for the plumbing work on my kitchen remodel. That person happened to be Joe, and I couldn’t have been luckier. Honestly, I probably didn’t even need to be there; it’s like he already knew what needed to be done. He had a quick and thoughtful answer for every task I needed done. He even gave me a quote before he left. I signed instantly, and he was back within two weeks (my timeline) to get the tasks done to keep my project on time. The work was done beautifully, neatly, and professionally. I don’t want any plumbing issues, but knowing I have Prestige Plumbing in my corner would certainly make it less stressful. Can’t recommend them enough.
