Super Friendly and Understanding
When we had an issue with water leaking in our basement, Prestige was able to come out the same day to try and diagnose the issue. They were upfront about not being able to solve the problem and pointed us in the right direction of someone who could.
While they were unable to fix that issue, Prestige made things right by coming out the next day on a SEPARATE issue and fixing the problem efficiently.
Our technician, Anthony M, was super friendly, understanding, and worked with us to make things right. He also explained all of our steps and options up front. We really appreciate him and Prestige and will use them again in the future!
