First time calling Prestige; I've been having issues with a recurring slow-draining kitchen sink. Joe was out the next day to assess the problem and gave a thorough explanation as to what our options are. However, given the age of the pipes, they need to be replaced and were unable to be cleaned. Joe was very transparent with the pricing and making some recommendations. My experience with Prestige was a positive one and I would definitely recommend their services.

A local tiling contractor didn't take a rag out of our drain before reinstalling our toilet, causing a large backup in our home, and I am so grateful that he had called Prestige to remove the clog. We were out of town when they came out to do the original work, and when we arrived home it was clear our contractor was upset—though I'm not sure if he was more upset with himself for the oversight. Other issues caused us to abruptly go our separate ways, and I called Prestige to talk us through what had happened. Within 10 minutes the owner, Lauren, had reached out, and within an hour of that call he had Joe out to help us. It was clear that our tiling contractor was passing on the cost of his mistake to us. On top of that, I was able to see the ridiculous videos sent to Prestige of his concerns—all of which they tried working with him to correct, and he refused. Since, they have come out to correct his plumbing mistakes and even offered to replace our bluestone stoop that was stained at the original job if they were unable to clean appropriately. It turns out you can, in fact, get rust stains out of bluestone! Prestige has shown the most unbelievable care and attention to detail that is so hard to find. The guys are genuine, I know they were up front with their costs ahead of the initial job, and their work is thorough. They have been a breath of fresh air after an excruciating bathroom remodel, and I will be using them again in the future.

I called Prestige for a slow bathroom drain because they are literally down the street from my house. I’d already snaked the drains myself with some improvement, but they were still not 100%. The Prestige service tech Lauren was extremely professional and did a great job fixing both the sink and tub. Highly recommend them.

Booking the appointment was fast and easy, and they came out the following day. My garage ceiling was leaking, so my plumber Anthony had to cut the ceiling. The assessment was quick, and he immediately said the leak was coming from the toilet. He was hoping only the seal was bad, but it turned out to be the whole flange. It was definitely costly, but it's been 5 days since he came, and I have not seen any more leaking. Despite the price, I would use them again because they seem very knowledgeable about different plumbing issues.

Prestige was referred to me for some plumbing work to the main water line in my basement. Their prices are competitive with other similar businesses. One thing I did like about their price is the service call fee was better than others and they waived this fee once I agreed to let them do the work. As it pertains to the quality of their work, it was truly top notch. They did a phenomenal job on diagnosing the problem and then fixing it. Their customer service is also excellent. They were quick to respond, explained everything that they were going to do and why, and they did something rare that not many other companies do, they followed up on the job they performed. Thank you, Anthony, for being professional, patient, and friendly. To your bosses, Anthony truly reflected your company's values that you advertise. He is truly a great ambassador of your company.
