I’ve been impressed with Prestige Plumbing Werks from the first time I called them. We had no water and they fit me in the same day when other companies had said 2–3 days before they could get to my house. Anthony was kind, helpful, and informative. This most recent visit, we found a leak in the basement and again they were out the same day fixing the problem. Tyler was efficient, patient, and accommodating. And finally, Shea and Anthony went above and beyond working to provide amazing service and help us get water up and running after an emergency well pump issue, getting us water back quickly. Worth Every Penny for a Job Well Done Feb 27, 2026

I had a changeover from an old well jet pump to submersible. My primary service tech, Anthony, orchestrated all aspects with the main office flawlessly. Owner Shea was also instrumental in this project going smoothly and correctly. The excavation crew dug out only the area necessary to replace the well. The price was a bit higher than other quotes I received, but worth every penny for a job well done.

Gold star service all around!! You definitely get what you pay for with Prestige. Our plumber Tyler was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He patiently walked us through every possibility and happily answered all of our questions. Not only was he transparent and prompt to follow through on promised repairs, but he took the time to placate our hyper dog. I can’t say enough good things about this company or their employees that I've met. Thanks for the new well water pump, tank, filter, and misc. repairs!! To anyone trying to decide if it’s worth the cost to have professionals do the work I can honestly say YES!! True craftsmen that take pride in their work and it shows. They were able to come the day I called, they said they would not leave until I had water back and they stayed until there was water even though it was late, friendly, trustworthy from the start, the price was not real bad considering the situation I was in. I will definitely use them again and tell people about them... update 7/7/25: old house so we fixed one thing and lo and behold something else goes because of the age of the house... Prestige was able to do what I needed done, and again Joe is a master at troubleshooting... spot on and was able to take care of the issue at hand. Next on the list is the well tank I will definitely be using Prestige... 1 because they are fair, 2 because they are honest, 3 they stand by their work... UPDATE... Joe came out again and replaced the bladder tank and put in a new toilet, couldn't be happier with the work done thoroughly completed and done neatly, Joe is very polite and honest will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Prestige was able to come out sooner than we expected to replumb the pipes under our sink. Tyler discovered a critical issue with our well pump, and even though it wasn't in our original work order, he stayed and fixed that too. Someone else from the company even came out to drop off a new tank so that we could get it taken care of that day. Very happy with their service overall. Tyler was thorough, professional, and communicative. If you're looking for a plumber, I would absolutely recommend Prestige.

I don’t typically write reviews for things unless it’s very poor or excellent. My experience with Prestige was definitely the latter. After my well tank ruptured at 10 p.m., I called about 4–5 companies for an emergency plumber. I either got voicemails or was told that the company didn’t work on well systems. I then called Prestige, who were the only ones to answer and tell me someone would be out first thing the next day. Tyler came out, inspected everything, and once everything was signed off on he went right to work. I initially was told it would be a 3-hour job, but it turned into a 2-day job, absolutely no fault to Tyler or anyone at Prestige as the job just turned into a mess due to other damaged components. Despite the extended timeline, Tyler and Lauren showed up the next day again first thing in the morning and worked continuously to fix the issues that needed to be fixed and assured me that they would not leave until the job was finished and even work into the weekend if need be. They also constantly kept me in the loop with any developments that came up, so it never felt like I was in the dark during the repair. Despite the extra work that needed to be completed that wasn’t initially anticipated, the pricing for the work done was more than fair and the quality of work was top-notch. I also am not one to put advertising signs in my yard and don’t appreciate when companies stick one up in my yard without asking. But Tyler was respectful enough to ask before doing, and considering all the hard work and effort they did, I was more than happy to make an exception.

Third time is a charm. After being very, very frustrated with previous two experiences with plumbers, this was a refreshing experience. Having no water was frustrating. From the minute I called the office until Joe, the technician, left, it was an awesome experience. Joe, the technician, was awesome. He explained everything so we understood. He even showed us what he was talking about. The well pump was bad and the switch. He arrived at the time that he was allotted and texted me when he was on his way like they said he would. The whole experience for the four hours was not painful like I thought it would be. They also came out the same day that I called them. I think the price is good, and they made sure that financing was doable if needed! I am definitely gonna use them again, and I recommend them highly. Thank you, Joe and Prestige, for all that you did for me today. You don’t know how comforting it was to have a good experience after having two bad ones. You deserve your five star. Keeping who you are, thank you so, so much!

I have had leaks and flooding and problems with my water well, and they have reacted with the urgency I felt every time I called. They would make time to come by and go out of their way to do so. It is such a relief to have partners like Prestige for their ability to make repairs that last and always being on-call should problems arise in the future. The experience working with them has been a bright spot for us with regard to our home needs. We are now at the point where we are looking at improvements and aesthetic enhancements, and Shea has been a great consultant here too. Tyler is an exceptional plumber. He came out for a backflow issue in our cleanout pipe. He sat down with us, was very upfront with pricing, and walked us through every step of the way. He was very honest and direct with a great flair of humor. Dealing with issues around plumbing already brings a great deal of anxiety, but Tyler talked to us very relaxed, and it felt more like having a buddy come over than anything else.
