Had an unusual problem occur with a new hot water heater. Prestige worked with the manufacturer to diagnose and fix it. They did not give up till the problem was resolved. They did not do the installation… my mistake. I would give 6 ⭐️’s!

Tyler was great! He reviewed everything with me as far as what needed to be done with maintenance on the tankless water heater and was able to swap out some leaking fittings on the water lines. Larsen Ace Hardware recommended Prestige to us for a hot water tank replacement. I phoned and immediately received a call back with dates to visit. Anthony M came out (with very helpful text notifications of his arrival status). He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very reassuring as to understanding what we sought to do, and clearly explained the options available, with pros and cons, including cost, noise, and efficiency as well as future maintenance.
I really liked that he took time immediately after we spoke and then, while all was fresh in our heads, proposed four options which we reviewed on his tablet, and then he sent them to me via email.
Our questions were answered, and a week later, after Anthony also lined up an electrician to partner with on the electric hybrid water heater, the project was done.
Anthony left the project site cleaner than when he arrived and did a great job in the relocation of the heater and removing the old one.
That same day, Anthony also installed a DRIP water flow system and upgraded our outdoor shower. We're very happy with both projects.
All expectations, honestly, surpassed.

There are not enough good things to say about the Prestige team! Called Shea with no hot water late on a Monday night. Shea said he would be there at 8 a.m. Tuesday morning. Not only was he on time, but his workmanship was second to none. I would highly recommend Prestige for all your plumbing needs!

I called Prestige because my current well guys do not do stuck water heater valves. I second the "awesome service and quality work" observation of other reviewers.
One thing I point out: Prestige has two-hour appointment windows, not the four of most other places. Our window was 8 to 10. Joe arrived just after 8. He quoted the job, replaced the stuck faucet, drained our water heater, replaced the well filter, and was out by 9:30. Joe was personable and professional. When he explained things, I got his points. I'm switching to these guys. Way better than what I was used to.
